teamviewer(тормозной и просит денег) можно но ngrok лучше

сервис такой есть
и не только он

запускается в терминальчике командой
./ngrok http -subdomain=talk37 80
и ваш localhost откроется по ссылке http://talk37.ngrok.io

или

./ngrok http -subdomain=talk37 192.168.1.1:80
и вебморда вашего роутера откроется по ссылке http://talk37.ngrok.io

с 22 портом тоже как в описании выше
./ngrok tcp 22

как на винде работает не помню
